WHAT YOU GET WITH OUR PROGRAMS
The following services apply to all of our programs, these services are to help you consistently progress in your training no matter where you are in the world, as long as we can communicate. With this approach I can oversee every single set of every training session, every week for the same price as one hour a week with me personal coaching one to one. It is true that seeing me in person every session would ultimately be best but this is very costly and limits us to location. The programs I have written using my 15 years in person coaching experience can get you progressing forwards without me being next to you every session. I wrote them so that they can be tailored to you, your available equipment, training age, injury/mobility restrictions, goals/ambitions and personal preferences.
ONGOING AND EVOLVING PERSONALISED PROGRAM FROM MESOCYCLE TO MESOCYCLE
Evolve your training to maximise gains and achieve long term progression from utilising scientific and evidence based programs. The best results tend to stem from setting up a long term training cycle that has clear objectives from one phase to another that ultimately leads to greater efficiency and results.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Stay on track by checking off workouts and other metrics that support your ongoing goals. With weekly video check-in calls we can make the changes necessary as we progress and address any problems as they arise so that they don't derail your progress.

DIETARY COACHING
A mixture of mindset towards eating and a convenient way to track what you eat. Keep away from fad diets and unhealthy thinking towards food.

TECHNIQUE CORRECTION
If you feel a certain lift or exercise isn't quite right we can address this through a video of yourself and our weekly check-in calls. Using zoom's share screen feature we can go through your exercises together where I can point out where you can improve your technique.

HOME EQUIPMENT SETUP CONSULTATION
Consultation of setting up your own home gym and how to adapt the program for best possible results. (if needed) You can obviously take your program to a gym that you are a member of.

PERSONALISED PROGRAM FOR STRENGTH, PHYSIQUE OR CONDITIONING
Programming for general strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, weight loss and sports performance. Completely customisable and tailored to your specific goals, ability and level of fitness. A unique program to achieve greater strength a greater physique or greater performance. See below for individual programs, they are designed to be be run together over a longer training cycle.

PROGRAM TYPES
Choose a program that you feel most interests you, each program will be one mesocycle normally lasting between 8-12 weeks. Remember the idea is to maximise a specific quality from one phase (mesocyle) to another, so you will be going from one program to another to get the best possible results over time. If you do not know where is best to start for you to achieve your overall goal, go to the contact form and put in your goal where it says program, then we can discuss this in our consultation call.
The program will be personalised to you based on our call we will need to adapt it as we go along from the conversations we have in our weekly check-ins. That is why a general training program is limited in it's usefulness because you're not adapting it based on you. You might need more or less volume, a week off, increase intensity etc.

GET STRONG
Strength Phase
Based around fundamental big lifts it Is a general strength program designed to get you stronger overall. It is completely customisable to suit you, get generally strong with a tailored program and expert tuition.
You will need access to at least a barbell, regulation height plates or bumpers, a bench and some sort of rack.

GET MUSCULAR
Hypertrophy Phase
Become more muscular, this is the ultimate aim of this program. It can be for bodybuilding, increasing muscle size to gain greater strength in another training phase or any kind of greater physique based goals. Improving aesthetically is mostly about growing muscle and then losing body fat, normally done with two separate phases of training.
Equipment needed is varied but you will need to be able to add a decent amount of incremental resistance through a barbell selection of kettlebells, dumbbells etc.

GET FIT
Metabolic Conditioning Phase
Get in the best shape of your life. I designed this program with an emphasis on getting fit, cardiovascular health and muscular endurance. This can be to support fat loss through dieting or to maintain a steady weight. Through good program design you should be able to maintain most of your strength and muscle mass.
Equipment needed is varied as it can be altered to fit a Varity of environments and equipment. you will ideally need a barbell and weight plates at least for the midweek strength workouts.
