WHAT IS MERCIAN STRENGTH CLUB
I started the Mercian Strength Club because I wanted to create an online and remote service that really worked for people, where I could offer the same expert coaching from an in person session in a way that works online.
This is done through a proper set up of long term plans determined through the individuals goals and a step by step process of how to follow them.
We create a personalised program and coach the whole weeks worth of sessions, including how the weeks training went, exercise technique and dietary coaching. We help you get the best out of the program adapting it to your own circumstances, whether that's a full gym environment or the equipment at home.
The goal is to progress you through an ongoing program, adapt it depending on how your body responds, so that you can consistently improve.

Based around fundamental big lifts it Is a general strength program designed to get you stronger overall. It is completely customisable to suit you, get generally strong with a tailored program and expert tuition.

Having Greg train me once a week over the last few years has been a life changer!
